REFUND/RETURN

Returns

Our return policy is within 30 days.  If the 30 days have past since your purchase we can't offer a refund or exchange.  If the product is damaged when you have received it, take a photo and email it to us.  We will process a return on your purchase.  It will be the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping. 

 

For a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be in original package.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Instructions will be provided by email.

Exchanges

We will replace the product if they are damaged.  If you need to exchange it with the same item, let us know and email us at hello@daraket.com.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Instructions will be provided by email.

 

Refunds

When your return is received and inspected, we will email you and notify you that we have received the returned product.  We will also inform you of the approval or decline of your refund.

 

If approved, we will process your refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

Return/Exchange Shipping

Customers will be responsible for shipping cost.  Shipping expense are non-refundable.
